Proximus 5 (Latin for “to be near”), comprises some of the most sought after voices in Manitoba's thriving vocal scene. These accomplished musicians and friends use the unaccompanied human voice to sing music that celebrates human connection in joy, love, and loss. We came together in 2020 to keep singing when opportunities were scarce. When we could finally share our music with the world, our first three concerts were performed to sold-out audiences in Winnipeg; this year, we’ll be sharing this love with audiences in the US and at Podium, Canada's national Choral Festival..
